Cristiano Ronaldo returns to Real Madrid's La Liga Squad; Real Madrid vs Real Bet is Match preview.

The defending La Liga champions find themselves in 5th place currently, as they prepare to take on 12th place Real Betis. The match will take place in Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu as Real looks to extend their goal streak to 74 games, which would beat Santos FC’s goal streak in the early 1960’s.
In other notable news, Cristiano Ronaldo returns to the Real Madrid La Liga squad for the first time after being suspended five matches before the season. Already making an impact in the Champions League group stage, Ronaldo looks to open his La Liga season on the scorecard tonight.
Real Madrid as a club look to not only extend the goal streak, but get the much needed 3 points in tonight’s match. They need to continue on a roll if they hope to catch up with Barcelonabefore it gets out of hand.
A notable name missing from the squad is Karim Benzema, who just signed a contract extension until 2021. Zidane is clearly giving Borja Mayoral another chance to prove his worth after having an outstanding performance against Real Sociedad this past weekend.
Real also announced that they would be giving a brief moment of silence for the victims of the 7.1 earthquake that occurred yesterday in Mexico City. A classy move by the club to pay respects to the over 200 victims that lost their lives in this tragic disaster.
The match should be an entertaining one, especially since Ronaldo will be back in the Madrid starting lineup for the first time this season. And while we’ve seen him in Champions League already, it’s still interesting to see how he seeks out his revenge against La Liga in tonight’s match. As a Madrid supporter, you hope Ronaldo goes out and scores a hat trick to show the world what they missed with him being suspended. It will also be interesting to see how Mayoral does after his performance to remember on Sunday. Will he be as good as he was or was this a one-hit wonder? Either way eyes should be on the youngster as he looks to make another big splash. Eyes should also be on Gareth Bale who scored a textbook goal against Sociedad as well. When Bale gets into that full-flight run, there’s really no stopping him. He’ll look to follow up his performance strongly tonight as well.
